Chase Perdana Berhad ("the Company" or "CPB") wishes to announce that the Company has on 02 May 06 received a Letter of Intent/Letter of Award from the National Hotels Company, Bahrain ("NHC") dated 19 April 2006 for the design and construction of commercial office blocks in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
The commercial development will comprise a twin tower of 22-storey office blocks providing an estimated gross floor area of 350,000 square feet. The project has an estimated construction value of RM120 Million to RM150 Million.
This announcement is made on 3 May 2006.

i didnt said chase suffer lose then will die permanently. but a company always lose money suddently the share price rise up significantly (refer percentage) in the environment/time period of GORENG low price shares, sure have something wrong.
